IKOR in the Tecnun Business Advisory Council

On 22 May, the first session of the first Business Advisory Council, recently created by the university, was held at Tecnun and involved the directors of different companies and institutions meeting with the members of the Board of the School of Engineering.

IKOR TECNUN

This initiative involves 24 companies with which Tecnun has Collaboration Agreements and has been launched with the aim of establishing a meeting forum in which a joint and structured analysis of the present and future of the students of Gipuzkoa will take place, in such a way that companies and institutions are able to influence Tecnun and its students.

This is intended to improve the skills profile of students and their suitability for the labour market, encouraging the incorporation of students in the companies that make up this advisory council. In addition, the training programme of the university was reviewed with experts in R&D, managers and representatives from human resources. Tecnun also informed the companies that make up this council of the Development Plans that it will carry out in order to seek synergies and encourage the exchange of knowledge.

The companies that are part of this council are: CAF, Volkswagen Navarra, Fundación Antonio Aranzabal, INDAUX, DANOBAT, SENER, GAMESA-SIEMENS, BCG, DURR, VELATIA, GUREAK, GKN, CINFA, OSI Donostialdea, BIODONOSTIA, IRIZAR, INDAR, ABC COMPRESORES, ETXE-TAR, BIELE, ORONA, BIC BERRILAN, el centro tecnológico Ceit-IK4, e IKOR.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank Tecnun for the invitation to be part of this council.
