PROJECT MANAGER

POSITION: Project Manager 
LOCATIONN: San Sebastian, Spain
STARTING DATE: November 2018

RESPONSABILITIES:

The candidate will guarantee the supply chain from the customer's order to its final on-time delivery. It will also collaborate directly with the KAM, in the communication between customers and the organization in all commercial, operational and administrative aspects of its project.

The main functions to be performed by the candidate will be:

  • Setting up orders, forecast and confirmation of deliveries to customer. Responsible for the order-delivery process.Maintenance of updated commercial information in ERP.
  • Management of customer issues and queries.
  • Follow up of purchases with the different suppliers, guaranteeing the creation of F.O.s on time.
  • Follow up of the KPIs of the post (Consumption Analysis and Stock Management) and collaboration with the members of the CFT for the achievement of the common objectives.
  • Support KAM in the coordination of CFT and commercial aspects.
  • Registration and maintenance of commercial information in SAP ( customer file, offers, article-customer, administrative documentation).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Technical Engineer or superior in Electronics or similar.
  • Degree in ADE or similar.
  • Supply chain management (suppliers and customers) and logistics models.
  • Knowledge of management teams and projects.
  • Technical knowledge of electronics.
  • Knowledge of SAP – advance level.
  • High level of English, spoken and written is a must.
  • 2 years experience in similar positions (Commercial technician, logistics, sales, project manager).
  • 1 year experience in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
