KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

POSITION: KAM ( Key Account Manager)
LOCATION: San Sebastian, Spain
STARTING DATE: March 2019

MISSION:

Its main mission is to fortify the relationship and develop new opportunities of business through the integral management of the key customers.

FUNCTIONS:

The main functions to be carried out by the candidate will be promote loyalty and strengthen the relationship with key customers through satisfaction, confidence and agreement:

  • Find new business opportunities.
  • Launch, follow-up and defense of the offers.
  • Interlocution and negotiation with clients.
  • Define and carry out a commercial strategy with key client.
  • Team management: Lead, valuate, motivate and develop the members of CFT.
  • Project management: coordinate, planificate and organize the projects.
  • Control and correct the deviations fo CMT (key indicators, profit and loss account and strategy).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Electronic Engineering or ADE.
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Sales.
  • Knowledge of team and projects management.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of Company management (financial, strategy, a.s.o.).
  • 2 years´ experience as sales person (KAM)
  • 2 years’ experience with projects and team management related to electronic sector.
