POSITION: Import & Export Technician
LOCATION: San Sebastian, Spain
STARTING DATE: February 2019
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Guarantee that the material is delivered on time at IKOR or final customer by ensuring optimum transport cost.
The main functions to be performed by the candidate will be:
- Consolidate material at origin, tracking and confirmation of deliveries (suppliers, carriers and customers) on time, at the lowest possible cost and without generating stocks.
- Management of transport issues/claims (resolution and control) as well as customs clearance of goods.
- Control and archiving of transport documentation (Dua, Bill of lading, commercial invoice, tax invoice, CMR...)
- Selection and negotiation with national/international transportation suppliers, as well as advising on the best Incoterms negotiated with RM suppliers and final client.
- Approval of transport invoices and taxes.
- Organize and follow-up maritime, air and land transport, ensuring the delivery of material on time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Superior Technician in electronics or minimum experience of 5 years in the position.
- International trade and transport.
- Business administration and management.
- Knowledge in logistics and external trade/Incoterms.
- Knowledge of valuable SAP.
- Computer user level (Office).
- Excel advanced level.
- High level of English, spoken and written is a must.
- Knowledge of valuable electronic components.
