  • The Key Account Manager (KAM) leads customer relationship for the assigned key accounts. The function and goals also include development and communication of profound knowledge of account needs, creation and implementation of account strategy, developing relationships across and up/down the account, engaging local account teams to manage opportunity funnel, and delivering added value solutions to promote customer loyalty measured by increasing customer share. Provide regular feedback about general market conditions, trends and competitor moves in the market.
  • Strengthen the sales to meet yearly targets.
  • Identify and report new market opportunities and customer needs to ensure growth.
  • Be able to analyze the customer requirements and competitive environment.
  • Provide timely, accurate quoting (RFQ) activities and competitive pricing on all opportunities submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Improve the service to Key Accounts and establish a good relationship with them and propose new business.
  • Provide timely feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain weekly meetings with the Sales Manager to review opportunities, quotations, contracts and action plans to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Ensure that the Key Accounts benefit from all continuous improvements achieved within the IKOR Group.
  • To promote in al Key Accounts the potential, capabilities of the IKOR Group together with the services and solutions provided.
  • To bring into the IKOR Group all the market knowledge using, in an adequate manner, all the tools provided, CRM, Flash Forecast, Weekly Report, and any other reporting system that the company provides.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure the best possible timely service to customers and ensuring project success.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Ensure the requirements are established, executed and, maintained according to ISO 9001, TS16949 and ISO14001standard in the area of responsibility.


  • University Bachelor Degree with major in Engineering.
  • Internal auditor certification for ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, ISO/TS16949:2009 and OHASA18001 VDA 6.3 Certificate
  • At least 4 years working experience. Sales or Marketing experience required with a preference in an industrial setting.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (oral, writing and listening)
  • Customer and Results oriented, like to embrace new challenges and interested in technical and value added solutions.
  • Good business understanding of cost containment and value added propositions.
  • Good listener and have ability to build a long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in sales or project management of electric assembly to industry is a merit.
