This technology requires the careful handling of these components, both during their storage (MSL control) and during the assembly process. Likewise, in order to guarantee the homogeneity of the lighting, the internal management of the material must control the equivalence between the bin parameters of the LEDs used in each card and in the case of applications for the automotive sector, there must be a guarantee that the delivery of right-left sets also corresponds to cards manufactured with devices from the same batch.
