This is why at IKOR we are committed to mastering these technologies, from both the point of view of manufacturing and of product development.
The most widely demanded applications in this field range from the connection of industrial equipment to field buses (Modbus, profibus, ethernet, etc.) related to industry 4.0, inter-device connection where we develop electronics to incorporate Bluetooth, NFC, Wi-Fi and Zigbee, amongst others, to make their use accessible from smartphone or similar platforms, and technologies related to the Internet of Things (IoT), where we manufacture different types of dataloggers and gateways with traditional technologies such as GSM/GPRS and newer technologies such as Sigfox, LoRa and even personalised and proprietary RF protocols.
The development of these types of products has enabled us to acquire wide spectrum know-how, from the conception of the equipment (very low power consumption battery-powered devices, design of custom antennas and mechanical integration) to connection with Backend systems, the development of Web applications and mobile applications, etc.) and even on-site deployment tasks, validation pilot tests and product certification processes.
